DocuSign is used at my company to help achieve our goal of being a paperless company. We use it to get signature approvals without having to print and track down physical copies. Our whole organization uses it for document signing.
- Easy to use interface
- Can map out the chain of signatures with multiple people
- Super fast and can be used on any device. You can even sign on your mobile.
- Would be nice if it was easier to create templates. Right now it's very manual and would be nice if it could read PDF forms to create templates.
- I would love to be able to revise documents after I sent them out and do a void/resend instead of having to repeat the process.
- I no longer have to run paper documents across our large building to get signatures. I can send it from my desk and get an email when the documents are signed.
I have not used any competing software
