Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

DocuSign is primarily used by the business development and account management teams within the organization. It has greatly reduced the time in the contract execution process. The automated routing makes it easy to process documents with multiple signers and is less labor intensive than the traditional method of physically mailing documents for signature.

  • It has reduced time sales team devotes to getting contracts signed.
This is perfect for any organization that is working with contractual documents. Specifically, service organizations which are frequently going through the renewal process. It greatly enhances the signing experience for current and prospective clients. I would not recommend this to companies whose sales are more transaction based with no contract necessary.
