We utilize DocuSign for contract signatures, NDA signatures, vendor agreements, and completing background check paperwork.
  • Manages the process and ensures we can get signatures in a timely fashion
  • User friendly for those who are new to a process of contract documents
  • Templates are helpful in repeatable processes
  • Can personalize the notes to those who are required to sign
  • Can be challenging to create forms with multiple text boxes
  • Would like to archive--not delete or void--a contract if candidate declines

When presenting an employment agreement and having a new employee complete paperwork for onboarding, DocuSign is ideal. This allows multiple people to be able to review the documents, sign them without having access to a printer and scanner, etc. It also keeps record of the process and progress of the signature path. Both paper resources and time are saved with DocuSign.
