If your contracts are a mess, DocuSign is soap and water.

Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

DocuSign is used by my organization to manage our sales contracts for various products and services, while also managing the process of how those contracts are filled out and shared in a way that is both easy to use and convenient for the sales staff and the customers. It addresses the issue of how customers can be given contracts that can be filled out easily.
  • Easy to upload new contracts.
  • Easy to edit contracts in terms of the process.
  • Easy to edit the fields in terms of which roles fill out what.
  • Being able to edit the pdf files within DocuSign would be a major plus, but it is currently not an available feature.
  • Our old contract process was a mess, and DocuSign helped clean it up significantly!

DocuSign would be well suited for a company that has particular contracts that are used over and over again with various customers, where certain employees can be assigned roles relating to those contracts. If a company does not make use of contract templates, and each customer's contract is very unique, as well as the employee roles relating to them, then DocuSign may not be a needed addition to the process.
