Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign
DocuSign has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. In my job, we have lots of papers we either need to sign or get signed. Since we have been working from home for over a year now, it has been difficult to get the signatures we needed. DocuSign solves that problem for us. It is an easy way to send documents over to other employees for them to sign. Also, a lot of people in my office are unaware of how to use a fax machine, so this makes it much simpler for people like us.

DocuSign is by far the easiest to use and the most user friendly. I have used other products like it in the past and honestly can't even remember the name of them. DocuSign is easy to remember and use, within the company and externally, and is so much better than faxing, taking photos, or trying to meet in person to get things signed.
