Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

DocuSign is being used in our sales and accounting department. DocuSign gives our sales team the ability to send out contracts to prospective customers and they no longer have to print off, grab a pen, sign the document, and scan it back to us. It shortens our closing cycle tremendously.

Our accounting department also uses DocuSign for a number of projects including our Delivery & Acceptance form.

As soon as you put something to paper or start sending word or pdf attachments, it creates more layers of work and more opportunity for error. With digital transaction management tools like DocuSign, we are able to prepare and manage our contracts from anywhere. It has made our team more efficient and mobile. Truly a better way to do business.

If you send out contracts to customers you need to use DocuSign. The customer no longer needs to print off the document, grab a pen, sign it, and figure out how to best get that document back to the sales team. Most of my prospects actually request the document through DocuSign before we tell them how it's going to be sent over.
