Overall Satisfaction with Domo

Domo in my business processes is very useful in the field of creating reports in visual form. it makes my clients very happy and enthusiastic when I am presenting. Apart from that, Domo also makes it easier for us to create reports and process big data. For us, Domo is a very powerful tool to make things easier for us

Pros

  • create a very beautiful dashboard. so our clients really like it
  • In the process of processing data. Domo has many source options for processing data. Such as SQL, Postgres and others
  • Speed ​​in processing data. Domo is very fast when processing data

Cons

  • SSO usage. I don't understand how to use SSO so it took quite a long time
  • I think Domo mobile is cool. but for some reason my device feels slow so I mostly use my MacBook
  • In my opinion, the responsive display is good, but there are a few cases where the display on the client screen at a certain resolution has a messy chart
  • Our clients are satisfied with the graphic display
  • The difficulty is that when there are new employees, we have to re-train in using Domo
  • On our internal side, Domo has become a weapon to make our business easier
Because overall I am very satisfied with Domo's performance. From the process of processing raw data to making very good data visuals. Even mobile and responsive support is very good. I hope that in the future there will be more features. Thank you Domo for making it easier for us to process data and reports.
Because Domo has high mobile and responsive features, we prefer Domo over the others. Because other products still lack features in terms of features, it slows us down. In my case Domo acts as a bridge between data and clients. Our company always processes large amounts of data and must display it in the form of reports or dashboards. We often encounter cases where large data from clients is difficult to process due to limited features. But with Domo, all big data can be displayed optimally and in detail, which is what makes us like Domo
