Overall Satisfaction with Dovetail Employee Engagement Suite
I have used Dovetail Employee Engagement Suite in previous Human Resources roles and have found that the amount of data that was collected assisted our entire global HR Department in handling Employee Relations issues and questions that came up daily. We used Dovetail to track cases on a daily basis across 5 different production plants in the US and Canada. The tool was multi-functional in every way and also helped us manage our workforce digitally. The employee self service piece was extremely helpful in saving the HR Department time with answering simple employer related questions in the employee was able to search the system and find the answers to their questions on their own.
- Employee Self Service - All of our employees who used this service had nothing but great things to say about how user friendly it was and that the data was easy to read and search through.
- Dovetail Customer Service - Our rep was instrumental in making sure we had all of the tools we needed for launch day. The system had no surprises and everything was explained in detail prior to going live.
- Data Tracking - Keeping track of Employee Relations in a company of over 1000 employees can be a difficult task but Dovetail made this very easy. Adding cases and managing the progress of cases that are assigned to you is very user friendly.
- I would like to see a recruiting piece added to the management system. This would make it easier to track employees within the Dovetail Suite who were new or were no longer with the company.
- Dovetail may now be integrated with UltiPro but at the time it was not and this would have been a nice feature.
- Dovetail saved our HR Department time and money on Employee Relations questions and topics in that our Generalists were able to look up other cases that were similar in order to compare the issue the employee was having at the time. This allowed them to focus on other HR related questions throughout the day.
- Our overall business objective was to save our HR Department time, while also giving the Generalists tools to tackle their daily objectives without hesitation.
Dovetail was perfect for solving a major issue regarding our Employee Relations data tracking. No other software that was researched gave us the flexibility to track our data and manage our programs efficiently. Dovetail support was also better than any other software support I have worked with in the past. I would recommend their product to anyone.
