Overall Satisfaction with Drift

We use it to mainly connect with potential customers to our product/ solutions. The easiest way for prospects to connect with us would be via our website, which would give them a pop up to talk to one of agents via Drift. Some people prefer calls, but most people prefer texts and Drift is exactly the key tool that gets it done for the majority. It shows us if they're online , or on what page of the website they're in o we know what they could be looking into.

It is very easy to use and it is an effective tool if used correctly. The only thing we need is to understand what the other person is trying to talk to us about. Prospecting and deeper understanding of the requirements or problems can be easily done and it can save reply templates so you don't have to type the same thing over and over.

It is well suited for situations where people are more comfortable to text or chat about their needs or requirements. It eliminates the awkward interaction on call which some people just cannot handle. For businesses where people often browse the website - like real estate, schools/ education etc. Drift can be a key tool to help get potential customers.
