Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft

Cadencing allows our company to have SLA for marketing to sales lead hand-offs. We also can use cadencing for opportunity management to use as coach marks for our managers with their sellers. The automation available in Salesloft allows us to make seller's lives easier by automatically filling their activity for the day, while Rhythm prioritizes their actions.

Pros

  • Automation construction is intuitive and easy to build.
  • Cadencing Frameworks are available to help even the most technologically-confused folks activity masters.
  • AI Writing makes creating emails a breeze.

Cons

  • Deals for Microsoft Dynamics, we are pleading to give us this capability!
  • Better filtering in Person and Analytics page.
  • Live Website Tracking, I just can't see the value added.
  • Insights into sales rep activity and effectiveness.
  • Better outreach to all customers, no leads left behind!
  • Moving between to systems really slows down reps due to the nature of our CRM platform and the inability to sync extensions to Salesloft.
We worked with Mica and Azura over an issue with our Teams meetings not recording back to Salesloft. They resolved the issue and then backfilled meetings as well.
Salesloft has more functionality overall.

If my colleague feels they are lost on where to begin reach out to their territory, if my colleague is having a hard time analyzing the effectiveness of their team's out reach, or if my colleague needs standardization due to lack of experience from Sales team to get them started in their career, I would suggest this tool.
