Dropbox is being used across the whole organization. It does contain softcopies of our files like leases, contracts, tenant and property owner information, property pictures and other important documents.

- I can't honestly think of any feature that Dropbox is lacking.
- It's free, convenient, no fuss backs up, syncs devices, restores files, dropbox app & easy sharing.
- Tresorit and Google Drive
It's far more user-friendly and straight forward than the others.
