Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Dropbox is used effortlessly by our organization by sharing files and documents. Only by dragging and dropping can an unlimited amount of documents be shared across all users of Dropbox within our organization. Dropbox addresses the problem of distributing files across all departments in our organization by making it simple and time-effective.
  • Pretty much unlimited storage
  • Easy-to-use interface
  • Share documents in a variety of different ways
  • Expensive
  • Five users minimum
  • Limited online editing
  • Dropbox has efficiently made distributing data across a large population more effective.
  • Dropbox is also quite an expensive program to invest in and wouldn't be worth using for a small group.
  • Overall Dropbox has given a lot of positive outcomes with managing data within an organization.
Dropbox may be the most expensive against other cloud sharing products, but you get what you pay for. There are free versions of Dropbox, however there are also plenty of other free programs similar that aren't as effective. Dropbox is more secure, simple, reliable, and effective compared to other programs.
Some scenarios where Dropbox is best suited is when documents and files need to be shared across a large group or multiple departments in a simple and fast manner. However, it not effective to use in smaller groups and there are restrictions to editing the files once uploaded to the Dropbox server.
