Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Dropbox is used in each of the departments of the company to share files. We particularly use it to safeguard information from accounting books (historical of previous years), support billing of our regular customers, files referring to our suppliers and buyers classified in folders, in addition to personal information. It has been ideal for sharing files between departments, especially if they are heavy files that we can not send by mail.
- File synchronization is fast compared to other services in the cloud.
- It is a well-known and easy-to-use application.
- The paid versions of the application are not expensive, in correlation with the storage capacity that it provides.
- The search engine within the application is excellent, you will not have problems finding a file quickly.
- Does not distort the large image files. If you send a large image in photoshop, the person you share it with will get the same version.
- It is not possible to edit documents saved in the cloud.
- The space offered by the free version is little.
- Share the information in real time between the different departments, quickly and safely.
- Organize and order accounting information.
- Have the information within reach at the time it is needed.

We chose Dropbox because its interface is simple to use and the synchronization of documents is fast. It is a really excellent application.
