Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

My company and department utilized DropBox during training and consulting sessions to as a recording sharing platform for our clients. We provide clinical based mental health and behavioral health trainings to community providers and have them record their sessions with their clients in the community to improve their skills. Then, we listen to their recordings through Dropbox to verify their progress.

Lyssn was much more expensive than Dropbox. It had much more capability and allows you to not only record and store recordings but would also perform parts of the rating for you. This would cut down significantly on the time our trainers were taking to complete the work of monitoring client's work.

We needed a quick tool to obtain confidential healthcare recordings from outside agencies so we could monitor their progress with clients. Having individuals upload recordings to Dropbox and share with us was very simple and secure. We could easily access the recordings and knew we were following safety guidelines to protect information.
