Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I was using Dropbox to organize client files for easy access. The company seems to not offer small business plans for single owners like myself. I was a little upset when I noticed a charge of almost $500 for 3 or 4 licenses when I am the owner and sole employee. A few calls to customer service seemed to be a waste of my time. They would not refund the prepaid subscription once I realized they had me on automatic billing. For much less than $500, I feel that I can find another solution that would help organize client files, keep track of due dates, and help with work flow. Before purchasing Dropbox because of its well-known name, consider other services that may let you subscribe on a monthly basis and give you better customer support and more tools that would help your practice. I am not convinced the management of Dropbox is in business for anything more than high profits. I wonder about the feasibility of their corporate mission.
