Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Dropbox to save numerous files on a daily basis to share within the company. Its very easy to use and you can navigate through it by searching rather than going through all folders. More importantly, everything I use on a daily basis is here so that is much more beneficial than trying to find it in other platforms.

everything is in one place
being able to navigate easily
ability to share with others who might not use dropbox

Cons

in my opinion I think Dropbox is good as is.

I do not handle that portion of Dropbox

I have always used Dropbox personally and business related so I will not change.

My only go to would be the ease of access sharing in the event there is a large file that you cant send regularly.
