Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used it for files and administrative tasks. We use it on a regular basis and it helps us store documents and other file types and make it accessible to multiple users. It helps us organize our projects and different steps involved. We use it for business purposes.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to upload and download files
ability to organize by folders
ability to share files with other users

Cons

formatting can be a bit funky with word files where it is more user friendly when actually working from a Microsoft file on the desktop
Dropbox sometimes moves slowly
I wish it would let me know more about a file like the size and type

Return on Investment

It does help sales organization
we use it to organize stuff that we would then use to bring in more work
mainly as a place to store stuff... not as great for actually making or doing stuff

It is well suited when trying to share a file with someone. It is a bit less useful when trying to collaborate because I feel like you can't see the changes as nicely as you would with lets say Google Drive and tracking changes. It is helpful mainly for sharing files across users but not necessarily active collaboration.
