Files without the clutter!

All of our AP documents, resigned members, contracts, certificates, and other important documents are scanned in to Dropbox. It makes it very easy for co-workers in other offices to pick up files and find any information they need. It saves time when faxing documents also, just choose the file and send. It is the best product that I have been introduced to in this position. I don't know how I worked without it. It allows for less storage room being taken by boxes of papers.
