Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Dropbox is where the organization's art director stores almost all the major graphics and collateral the organization uses. It's also a catalog of about seven years of graphic work. Keeping the assets in Dropbox makes it easy for anyone on the marketing team to find graphics, booklets, billboards, and far more at any time, rather than having to send emails back and forth for a single logo.
Pros
- Storing large and extra large (hundreds of mb to gb) files
- Navigating to particular file trees
- Sharing the account with several users
Cons
- Navigating to certain buttons, like "share," or "download."
- Providing a less expensive tier for customers.
Our company uses Microsoft and our art director uses Mac OS, so Google wouldn't have aligned as seamlessly with our current products.
