Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

The primary benefit is a redundant off-site backup that has version history. I am also able to share documents, files, and folder with internal members and clients. I am able to locate and use files when I am not on my computer or away from the office via the mobile application.

Cons

  • Note application with Tags, Geotags, Collections, etc. (similar to Evernote)
  • Photo backup without having a linked personal account
  • Posted team manuals and process documents
  • Costly service
  • Able to search information from one location
  • Lost files and documents are easily found, saved lots of time and headache
