Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our field guys use Dropbox everyday to access project specs, drawings, etc. We could be working anywhere in the regional area, so this is a super easy and convenient option for us to share all relevant project information with all of our superintendents and anyone else that might need the information. It's also easy to send specs and drawings to sub contractors outside of our organization for their review and bid.

It has allowed us to share information with all of our guys without having to email everything and clutter their inbox.
It also allows our guys to work at anytime, anywhere.

Alternatives Considered

OneDrive

OneDrive only allowed our guys to look at documents. They could not save them to the shared database easily. Dropbox allows them to make changes to files, add things to drawings, etc that are then accessible in real time to anyone within the organization.
