Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our company uses Dropbox everyday for storage of all of our company files. We also send out Dropbox link for submission items to municipalities. We have different folders for each project and also larger files to sort our active and closed files. All of our invoicing is also saved as backup to Dropbox.

choosing specific sub-folders in larger folders to be downloaded

Return on Investment

Dropbox has definitely positively impacted the company, we would not be able to survive without Dropbox. Our team members collaborate on the same file and it is vital to be able to see the latest update to a file.
Dropbox is incredibly helpful as a file sharing option since some of our reports are much too large to be sent over email but can be shared in a dropbox link to be submitted.

Dropbox is fantastic if you're using a work computer so everything can be downloaded. The application on the phone is also good for on the go review of project files. The only situation in which it's less helpful is on a personal computer also used for work, downloading all the contents of the work Dropbox takes up quite a bit of space.
