Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox daily at my nonprofit organization. As a small but mighty group, we rely heavily on Dropbox's capabilities as an efficient and effective file hosting service. Dropbox maintains our full 20+ years of files and archives for easy access among all team members. Dropbox allows us to keep all files stored digitally rather than printed.
Pros
- Ease of effective online access
- Ample storage size options for small business
- Keeping files synchronized between different devices and users
- Collaboration between users
Cons
- Amount of folder pathways that can be built can sometimes be too long which makes finding docs harder to find
- More obvious option to download files
- Easier way to rename files with one button
- Increased productivity (positive)
- More efficient file storage and access (positive)
- More opportunity for collaboration (positive)
I prefer Dropbox because it was the first cloud service I used and got most familiar with. I find it most universal in ease and efficiency.
