Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use Dropbox as a general file storage for all files related to my role (Regulatory compliance/Safety/Quality Assurance). Having Dropbox access allows me to access all files from any location I happen to be working from and allows for continuity of business.

Sharing folders can sometimes be tedious

Using Dropbox allows my work to continue pretty much seamlessly. I do not have to waste time searching for paper files. I do not have to delay work waiting until I can access our shared file on the local server.
File sharing is pretty top-notch. I can retrieve and send a file or share a link within a reasonable timeframe.
