Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Dropbox is an excellent way to store our files and make them accessible on multiple devices throughout the company. It helps us stay organized and maintain a company direction. The integration into the Windows file explorer helps streamline file access and make us more efficient. Occasionally, we accidentally delete something and Dropbox has a recovery option for us to use in those situations.
- Integration with Windows
- Information when a conflicted file copy could exist
- Availability of file backups
- Creating a unique drive on the device, so file paths are the same across all devices
- The Dropbox badge in Microsoft Office devices sometimes says that a teammate edited the file 422 years ago rather than the actual time they edited it.
- More user friendly settings interfaces to help automatically turn files that haven't been accessed in some time to online only
- Efficiency in file storage and locations
- It is effective and inexpensive to use - helping our bottom line
- Only 1-2 workhours per year are directly spent working on Dropbox related issues, so it is not a money pit.
