Dropbox is an Employee's Best Friend!

I use Dropbox every day to organize files and important documents throughout my company. We use it to collect bid proposals for each job, as well as track RFIs and submittals with each job. We also use it to store a history of schedules and contracts. Dropbox is a very simple and effective way to coordinate with other employees to guarantee we are all on the same page.
