Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I don't know what we would do without Dropbox! I use it internally for all employees and freelancers. For our clients, I make a folder for each of them individually and they upload all their info to there. It makes it so easy to run a business! I like the recent improvements that have been made which makes it easier.

Pros

  • Can send link to a folder to a client who can then upload their docs.
  • Fast uploads.
  • Great search feature.

Cons

  • Can't think of anything
  • It saves me time. I used to have to get emails from clients piece-meal, with several emails needed. With Dropbox, they can upload to their folder and I don't need to see it until I need it.
  • Clients are impressed with the ease of using it. No one has a problem trying to use it.

It's great when you have a team where everyone is remote. We can send large docs back and forth without the hassle of email. Everyone can see what's happening.
