Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
The pandemic dramatically changed our work from in person pastoral care, to distributed, virtual, prayer leading. With File Requests, Dropbox made it easy for our parishioners to upload a home-made video to contribute to our weekly prayer video. Now our staff uses Dropbox as a storage space and workspace, updating our weekly service bulletins in the DropBox app.
- allows us to collaborate on a document in real time without losing formatting
- allows us to store big audio and video files at the best quality
- I love the recovery function!
- I want the browser to be better than the app as a collaborative platform
- Sharing still seems confusing on the Business side of the account
