Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I use it as a synchronised briefcase of my work and personal folders/documents. This helped me to work from anywhere and not waste time in saving and backing up work everytime. Since my work involves bigger sized files, working on them through Dropbox folder is a big saviour for both time and space (in the long run). I enjoy using Dropbox!

- For a online only file, after downloading it on a device currently the file stays in the device and we have to manually change it to a 'online-only' again. This can have a feature of automatic conversion at a certain time frequency (user-defined)
- Shared folder doesn't work well as it can't have simultaneous usage
- I work for academia, so a non-profit organisation.
My organisation provided access to Dropbox and hence I started with this
