Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I and my employees store all company files on Dropbox. For a small company like ours, this is a great way for us to have our files accessible and secure at all times without having to set up a company server. I have been using Dropbox for business for over ten years and have never had a technical or security problem.

Pros and Cons

Integrates with Windows File Explorer
Allows easy sharing of files through the app
Keeps company files safe in one place

Sometimes syncing takes awhile for very large files
Whenever I share folders with a person outside my organization, Dropbox wants me to add them to my team

Return on Investment

I don't have an IT department - I manage all aspects of my business. Dropbox has saved me the trouble of having to figure out how to set up a server.
