Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use it to store and share internal documentation, but mainly to share things externally with partners and other stakeholders. It's very easy to create a shared folder where they can upload files. It's also a tool that everyone knows, so it's easy to request to people that the use it for sharing files.

- Some areas could be still easier and have too many options

- Less time spent managing files
- Egnyte and Google Drive
Dropbox is much more user-friendly than Egnyte and has more options than Google Drive. Also the sync through the Mac app works better on Dropbox.
