Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use it as a staff cloud and to share resources amongst teams. It helps keep track of file versions. We've implemented this across our staff as a way to distribute things like culture codes, handbooks, and then deliverables from our creative team.
- Easy file management.
- Permissions for certain people or groups.
- Easy sharing of links and resources.
- Video playback can be spotty with load times.
- Search can be clunky when there are multiple files with similar names.
- We've been able to manage legacy files much better.
- Centralized storage for all business partners and teams.
Better file organization. The drive is clunky for sharing files, and sometimes, removing a file from your drive is impossible.
