Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We are a WFH company and all our files live in the Dropbox server. Files are easily accessible and there are little issues with syncing. Recently, a new hire accidentally deleted 3 years' worth of files in the server while learning how to use the desktop app. Dropbox was able to recover everything for us in a timely manner and we were back to work in a couple of hours. I'm really happy with the service.
