Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use it as a storage for all of our files. The problem we face that it restricts the file name in the multiple sub folders. The scope is that our files are managed properly and we can access from anywhere as needed.

Pros

  • Storage of data
  • Regular backup and syncing
  • Can access the old versions of the files

Cons

  • Should not restrict in naming the files with multiple sub folders
  • Can improve sync timing as it takes more time when logged in new computer
  • Easy setup with G Drive
  • Not much impact
Desktop version is very slow and gets disconnected
