Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to upload and share secure documents, with our primary use case being to distribute contract information and keep information up to date in a consistent fashion. I love how easy and quick Dropbox is to use! With something like G-Drive, we wouldn't be as secure with our documentation.

I think Dropbox's UX seems a bit out of date; it feels clunky
It'd be nice to have it integrated with something like Google
Would be cool to see it work seamlessly with DocuSign

Return on Investment

Without Dropbox, I'm not sure what we'd use that's secure and collarborative -- it's hard to quantify what a solution would look like
It makes EOM / EOQ deals easier

Alternatives Considered

DocuSign

Dropbox offers document storage and collaborative features that DocuSign doesn't. While they're pretty similar use cases, it'd be nice to have a tool that can do both -- but you need something like Dropbox for easy collaboration and secure/private document storage. It's a great tool used by all of our teams!

Dropbox is great when you need easy and secure access to documentation that can be readily shared within an organization. That's what our team uses Dropbox for, but we find it to be less helpful for integrating with other tools like DocuSign and Google -- it's a powerful tool nonetheless!
