Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We share documents outside of our organization with Dropbox, in particular audio and video which can't be share through other document management systems.

Pros

  • I like the organization system into folders
  • Providing an easily accesible share link
  • Easy to modify folder structure and names of folders and documents

Cons

  • I don't love the way folders appear on the righthand side
  • Too much visual overlap between different products
  • I don't love the click in and out system for documents
  • It has helped us share documents outside of our organization
  • It has allowed us to work on organizing documents simultaneously
  • It has allowed us to share documents internally
I like that Dropbox can be used for different file types and I do think the interface is easier to use.

Yes

We love using Dropbox to share documents, especially audio and video outside of our organization. I don't find it is as useful for viewing documents myself because I don't love how it appears when you click in and out of documents, it doesn't feel very user friendly to me
