Use Cases and Deployment Scope

tagging photos for subject matter so they can be used for different media selections. i.e photo has dog, bridge and we can use them for dog promos or bridge shots. We are an expansive property so we want to make sure we are utilizing our photos to the best of our ability.

while the organization of the Dropbox is nice, especially with the tags, it is hard as a business to have it in Dropbox. I would personally prefer our files to be all on our drives within the corporation because then i have to re-download everything again in order to use it. It becomes quite a hassle. Additionally i can only select items from files then download, but then if i go to another file to download, i have to see if i already downloaded it. Just extra work.
