Skinny tech-stack seekers will love the feature set
Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox to store and share files within the organization and with our clients.
We initially moved to Dropbox to have a "platform agnostic" way to create, share, and receive files with clients, regardless of what core suite they use (i.e. Google or Microsoft).
Now, we also use Dropobx to capture screenshots and screen recordings when making short tutorials or providing proposal walkthroughs.
Finally, I like the integration of Dropbox Sign for gaining signatures on agreements.

Pros
- File storage
- Files Sharing
- Capture Creation
- Electronic Signatures
- Search capabilities
Cons
- The Microsoft "for web" versions are not as full featured as the regular versions
- Converting ppt or Word files to pdfs for signatures sometimes results in odd changes to the layouts that can be tricky to correct. It's not WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get).
- I'd like better duplicate file management tools.
- Reduced our need to obtain and learn different tools to manage files, record screens, and obtain signatures
- Reduced the expense of the different platforms needed to manage files, record screens, and obtain signatures
- Increased our file compatibility with our clients
