Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We keep all of our customer equipment information in there along with. We have agents all over Canada so it helps streamline everything

Pros

  • Transfer files easily
  • Easily keep all files from every customer we have
  • The admin options help keep certain information private

Cons

  • Dropbox does sometimes lag
  • It helps us send information to customers quickly- Helping to potentially close a deal
