Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I am a professional photographer and have used Dropbox for at least 6 years to send photos to clients or files to be edited to Vietnam. I have done this with over 4000 homes and hundreds of weddings, portraits, and events. A while back it took forever to upload all of my RAW files daily, but has improved greatly since.

  • Stores Files
  • Organizes Files
  • Whenever a client is having issues with files, I can always login, out of my office to assist them
Clients are more knowledgable about Dropbox than Google Drive

Would you buy Dropbox again?

Yes

Dropbox does well with large numbers of files. It works well for companies in the industry that need quick access to their photos. I have found, however when dealing with individual clients (ie, wedding photos for bride or portraits of children for parents) I use Google Drive since some individuals find downloading difficult for some reason
