Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Our company uses Dropbox to collaborate on essential files from different states and countries. It also allows us to share valuable sales collateral with our partners worldwide.

Pros

  • Syncs seamlessly to my desktop.
  • Makes files easily searchable and findable.
  • Makes it easy to organize files and permissions across teams.

Cons

  • For some files, the "open in finder" button does not appear.
  • It would be nice to be able to switch to different user profiles very quickly on desktop.
  • Using Dropbox easily saves me hours per week spent managing files and data.
Dropbox has much more robust features than Google Drive. I feel my data is more secure with Dropbox and will not be accidentally shared with external parties.

Any scenario where different teams or users need to access, edit, and send files quickly and easily. I work in sales and marketing and can promptly get files from my art department or product development teams. I can also create folders to export or send to external partners.
