Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox to archive company files that we can access easily. It allows everyone to have access to important documents like hiring paperwork, etc. For example, in my department (Production), I store all my SOP files, etc. When I need a document, I know I just need to log in to Dropbox to find it instead of having to look for a file on my computer.
Pros
- Sort out files by name.
- Organization
- Easy to use.
- Easy access.
Cons
- I would like to be able to change the color of the folders.
- I would like to be able to create a document like google docs.
- I would like to improve the way it looks (More professional looking).
- Overall the easy way to find files is incredible.
- Instead of having to spend time looking for documents, I can use it to work on other projects.
- Instead of me personally giving necessary documents to my coworkers, they can access them anywhere they are at any time.
I use Dropbox because the company I currently work for uses Dropbox, but to be 100% honest, I prefer Google Drive.
