Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We do not have any problems with Dropbox, only some connection failures, and sometimes the servers have gone down, but for now, everything is fine. Maybe we should improve the file loading speed slightly, but I understand that that is still the case. It is due to the connection that each of us consumers has.
