Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Dropbox is a godsend. It allows us to access our files from anywhere in the world via PC or phone. I can share any file with others in my organization, and it allows me to access different versions of the same file in case my file becomes corrupt, is accidentally deleted, or is overwritten.

Cons

  • An easier interface for version control.
  • It has become indispensable to our business.
I prefer Dropbox. Feels easier to save files in the cloud rather than on my PC's hard drive. Plus, you can share links to files or links to entire folders with people outside of your own organization for additional collaboration. It makes the work process much more manageable. Love it.

Instead of having to email files back and forth throughout the organization, we can just save a file in one place and then direct others to that folder. It also has a ton of storage space for ALL of your files, even if you would like to back up large data sets or copy them to different folders multiple times.
