Dropbox works well, would recommend

It does what I need well! Overall it's easy for me to use, however, the experience could be optimized so that everyone finds it approachable. This isn't always the case when people who aren't very technical are asked to use Dropbox. I appreciate the security and safety of the product. I also like that it's been a safe product in all of the years I've used it.

I am able to do everything I need for document storage, sharing and editing with Dropbox. I have some small suggestions for things that could be better but they are minor. It would also be great if Dropbox was more like an apple product where non-technical people weren't intimidated to use it. I see this at work often where people are reluctant to use it because the process of saving and sharing isn't intuitive or is scary to people who are low tech.
