Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Quick and easy access to shared important files that multiple team members need to be able to see. Able to control access to who needs to be able to see what documents in each folder, etc..

It is extremely easy to teach and is intuitive for new employees to be able to use
I prefer the flexibility and capabilities of dropbox, including their compatibility without needing to have a Microsoft account. We have several clients that use Mac products and do not have Microsoft and OneDrive would not work well for our purposes.

We use it for property management and keeping track of property management documents and it has been extremely helpful to us. We also use it to keep track of leases and payments for different properties and that has been very helpful to our team in keeping organized and researching when needed.
