Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox for video and file storage and implement it into Wealthbox CRM. Also, quick access to the commonly used forms to send to DocuSign for quick turnaround for client servicing. we share quarterly market update with Dropbox links
Pros
- Quick access to Files
- intergration with CRM
- Easy access to to share with clients
Cons
- for Video files I would like a way so it opens up like youtube and can play on any device
- a easier way to have a secure upload feature
- cross company access instead of share via link
- The positive is the intergration with CRM
- The negitive large 4k video files
- video playback is ok would love a youtube /vimeo experience
- Box, Google Workspace and Adobe Bridge
For Documents and file Dropbox just works we rely on Creative cloud for 4k video
