Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox as a storage and workspace hub for all of our magazines and advertisements across our various workplaces.

Pros

  • Allows for easy access to files in multiple locations
  • Easy collaboration on files
  • Good cloud storage

Cons

  • An easier download button would be helpful
  • As we have split up our office between multiple buildings, Dropbox has made it easy for everyone to be able to access our necessary files to do their jobs
I haven't had issues with it so far; it's been our main cloud storage provider for years now. It's been easy to get everyone access that needs it and also collaborate with our photographers without hassle.
While we have DEVONthink at our office, Dropbox is easier on our satellite locations and is simpler to use.
