Good for backup and syncing across devices

It's pretty good, but not perfectly intuitive. Takes some getting used to, and even then I feel like I am missing out on some functionality as many features may exist, but are very much non-obvious.

Backing up current work is the most important feature for me. It feels slightly less useful for sharing files with people who are let's say "non-digital natives". Also, many large corporations simply will not allow their users to have any connection to Dropbox. Places like banking institutions will simply not allow it.
