Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used Dropbox for several years in my small business. For SMBs in particular, Dropbox offers a very intuitive system and makes file sharing with outside partners very, very easy. That's why I continue to use it.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Very easy to create folders and save files from my system to the cloud
Extremely easy to share folders and large files
Price is competitive
I trust the security more than other platforms
I love the app on Mac - it makes getting to my files very, very easy

Cons

I am finding that when someone shares a folder with me that it's difficult to access and find on my system
I do get sync errors from time to time and I don't always understand what they mean

Usability

It is by far the most user-friendly of file sharing systems I have used.

For small business, this is a cost-effective system that works extremely well for file sharing. It mimics in-house/enterprise systems, which I believe makes is more user-friendly than systems like Google Docs.
